Ingredients
1 large lettuce, thoroughly washed and chopped
1 Pack 90g "Mikio" mini breadsticks with Cretan greens and stamnagkathi
stamnagathi
150 g. grated Gravera
10 slices Cretan apaki
For the dressing
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon
1 tablespoon of mustard
Some salt
Execution
In a large bowl place the chopped lettuce. Place around the pieces of the apaki, add the “Mikio” mini breadsticks with Cretan greens and stamnagathi and sprinkle with grated graviera. In a bowl mix the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and mustard at the same time. Pour over the salad and serve.
