The secret  of mini wheat whole grain rusks from Stone mill is hiding to the old traditional recipe from village Nivritos of the mountain Psiloritis, when everything was pure. The combination of whole meal flours (wheat, barley and rye) baked with olive oil and yeast, creates  crunchy and tasty mini rusks, with increased fibers.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, wholemeal wheat flour from stone mill 21,2%, wholemeal barley flour  8,3%, olive oil, water, wheat sourdough (wheat flour,water, lactobacilli), tomato paste, salt, yeast, wheat fiber. The flour comes from  EU countries

Allergens:  It might contain traces of sesame, dairy products nuts and egg.

Storage conditions: Store the product in a cool and dry place.

The packaging contains approx 14 portions of 25g.
